Questions we have been asked about RecXpress for ACCPAC Bank Services

We have a client who has requested that we automate their Bank Reconciliation in ACCPAC Advantage Series Enterprise Edition, your RecXpress software seems to fit the bill but we have a few questions:
1. Does RecXpress integrate directly with ACCPAC Bank Services or do you need Cashbook?
RecXpress for ACCPAC Bank Services will integrate directly with ACCPAC Advantage Series Bank Services and no other product (including Cashbook) is required.
2. Is there an MS-SQL version or does it care?
It does not care and will work with all ACCPAC database formats as well as all Editions of ACCPAC Advantage series.
3. Which Bank Formats are available for import in RecXpress for ACCPAC Bank Services and what do we do if our client's Bank Format is not available?
RecXpress for ACCPAC Bank Services supports the same bank formats that are available in RecXpress for Cashbook. If your bank is not on the list of Bank Formats available we will add the format for you as part of the price.
5. What are your licensing rules? Our client has 5 companies on the same server all using different banks, right now this purchase is only for one company, what happens if they wish to deploy for all their companies?
RecXpress for Bank Services uses Cashbook's multi-user Lanpacs and each user can reconcile one bank account at a time. If you run it on the server, you can interface it with as many companies as required it works in the same way as ACCPAC Advantage Series. You get all the Bank Formats already available plus one additional bank designed for your client included in the price. SupportPlus enables your client to acquire updates which also includes any new bank formats written for other users.
6. We want to get our client up and running as soon as possible, is there any setup required?
The setup program used to install RecXpress for Bank Services is tried and tested, it is the same setup program used to install Cashbook for Windows which has thousands of installed sites world wide.
To install the program:
a. Insert the RecXpress for Bank Services CD in your computers CD-ROM drive.
b.The program will automatically show you a menu to allow you to select your options.
c. Fill in the forms as per the installation instructions.
d. Choose Continue to accept your entries and start installation.
e.The RecXpress for Bank Services program is copied to your hard disk. The RecXpress for Bank Services and RecXpress for Bank Services Help icons appear in the ACCPAC Program Group (or the Program Group selected during the installation process).
Once the program is installed, no further setup is required as the program uses ACCPAC's data and a work file.
