Peresoft Says Goodbye to 2025
News - December 2025

Looking Back at 2025, Preparing for 2026

As we close another exciting year, Peresoft celebrates a 2025 filled with innovation, security enhancements and deeper collaboration across the Sage 300 ecosystem. Thank you to all of our Business Partners for your ongoing support and commitment to Cashbook, RecXpress and EFTXpress.

Major developments coming in Version 2026: Development on Cashbook Version 2026 has focused strongly on security and automation. Upcoming features include supporting documents in Batch Entry and Transaction Enquiry, smarter approvals and enhanced Miscellaneous Codes security to further reduce fraud risk and improve control.

Strengthening authorisations in Cashbook: Throughout 2025 we continued refining Cashbook authorisations, making it easier to control who can approve payments and configuration changes. New controls and audit improvements will help partners and customers simplify compliance while keeping sensitive processes locked down.

We are excited to take these developments into 2026 with you and to continue building on the strong foundations created this year.

Partner Enablement & Collaboration in 2025

2025 also saw a renewed focus on enablement and community:

Sage Enablement Session: Together with Sage, we hosted an enablement webinar that showcased Cashbook, RecXpress and EFTXpress, with a special focus on security, automation and upcoming Version 2026 features.

Africa 4Sight Partner Session: We engaged closely with our Africa partners at 4Sight, sharing best practices, roadmaps and real-world customer stories that highlighted how Peresoft’s solutions are being used across the region.

These sessions form an important part of our commitment to ensuring that Peresoft's Business Partners have the knowledge, tools and insight they need to deliver outstanding solutions to their customers.

Thank You to Our Business Partners

As we bid farewell to 2025, we reflect on a year defined by strong partnerships. From new implementations to ongoing projects, your feedback and collaboration have shaped our roadmap and helped ensure that each new feature in Cashbook, RecXpress and EFTXpress delivers real-world value.

Please note our year-end closure dates for 2025. Development will close on the 5th December, and the Peresoft offices will officially close on the 19th December. We will reopen on the 5th January 2026.

We encourage partners to submit any urgent requests ahead of these dates. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

We truly appreciate the effort you put into positioning and supporting Peresoft solutions, whether it is through implementation, support, training or driving new opportunities in your markets. We look forward to working with you in 2026 as we roll out Version 2026 and continue strengthening security, automation and ease of use.

From everyone at Peresoft, thank you for your dedication and trust in our products. We wish you a restful festive season and a successful year ahead.
